NETWORKING: TroubleshootingTarget: Customer who has a recurring known or unidentifiable network
problem or major network failure
Nevtec will send a certified technician to your facility to troubleshoot your network. The visit typically includes:
- Examination of the network to target the problem area
- Identification of the specific network problem
- Presentation of solution options (if problem is large enough to justify)
- Implementation of agreed solution
Troubleshooting sessions may take any length of time, from a few minutes to several days, depending on the severity of the problem. At Nevtec, we will try to pre-troubleshoot certain issues with you over the phone to save you time and money. We also will help to train you on simple computer and networking issues that you may want to fix yourself.
