NETWORKING: Maintenance & AdministrationTarget: Customers with an existing network who wants to maintain proper functionality through outsourcing (with guaranteed response times and no overhead costs).
Maintenance contracts cover various network and computing problems or upgrades that arise as a result of normal daily network use. They also include general preventative measures (such as virus scanning) to avoid more serious problems. Contracts can include support for the network, computers and servers or any combination of these.
Our standard maintenance packages are listed below. Nevtec will customize a maintenance package to meet your specific requirements upon request.
 Light Support
Target: Ideal for a small network of 10 computers or less
Includes:
- Support for all computers and printers on the network
- Internet access and email support
- Simple network troubleshooting
- 24 to 48 hours response time during regular business hours (M-F 7am-7pm)
- Fill out work order forms online or by fax
- Interactive online work order tracking system - check the status of your open requests
- Up to 10 hours of labor per month (on or off site) performed by a Nevtec technician
- Unlimited phone and email support
 Standard Support
Target: Small to medium companies with standard usage requirements
Includes:
- Support for all computers and printers on the network
- Internet access and email support
- Standard server issues
- Support for all Nevtec equipment and cabling (includes PCs, cabling, printers, routers, hubs, switches, firewalls, etc. Nevtec installed cable only)
- Standard network troubleshooting
- Limited support for non-Nevtec supported equipment and software (view list of Nevtec partners)
- 24 to 48 hours response time during regular business hours (M-F 7am-7pm)
- Fill out work order forms online or by fax
- Interactive online work order tracking system - check the status of your open requests
- Up to 25 hours of labor per month (on or off site) performed by a Nevtec technician
- Unlimited phone and email support
 Full-Service Support
Target: Companies with heavy usage requirements or complex architectures
Includes:
- Support for all computers and printers on the network
- Internet access and email support
- Support for ALL server issues
- Support for all Nevtec equipment and cabling (includes PCs, cabling, printers, routers, hubs, switches, firewalls, etc. Nevtec installed cable only)
- Hardware replacement for MS Exchange and Windows NT servers
- Additional cost per PC for hardware replacement (see special - 15.00 per PC per month)
- Standard network troubleshooting
- Limited support for non-Nevtec supported equipment and software (view list of Nevtec partners)
- 24 to 48 hours response time during regular business hours (M-F 7am-7pm)
- Fill out work order forms online or by fax
- Interactive online work order tracking system - check the status of your open requests
- Up to 25 hours of non-server labor per month (on or off site) performed by a Nevtec technician
- Unlimited server support labor hours
- Unlimited phone and email support
 Quick Turn Around Time
This contract option guarantees response time within 24 hours!
(24 hours 7 days a week)

- In cases of emergency, response time will be immediate
